Personal data are processed in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of the Law;
- Your explicit consent,
- Mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation,
- Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract
For legal reasons, during the establishment of your relationship with our Company and during the continuation of the said relationship, it may be collected from you verbally or in writing, through the website, telephone, e-mail by automatic or non-automatic methods.
With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Data?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law, you can apply to our Company;
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the legal reasons requiring its processing disappear,
- To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
- By analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself don’t object to it coming out,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject in writing to our Company in accordance with the ‘Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller’ or to the e-mail address info@demirhukuk.net by using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
