Att. Mustafa Zafer graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2017 and completed his LL.M. in Economic Law at Galatasaray University in 2020. His thesis for his LL.M. was “Protection of The Trademark against Dilution in Turkish Law.” He is currently pursuing his academic studies in the LL.M. program in Financial Law at Istanbul University.
Att. Mustafa Zafer, working as associate at Demir Law Firm, also provides comprehensive legal consultancy to clients in the field of intellectual and industrial property law as a trademark attorney. He specializes in application and opposition processes related to the registration and protection of trademarks, designs, geographical indications, and traditional product names.

Mustafa Zafer plays an active role in the process of tracking the receivables of domestic and foreign clients in Turkey, providing effective support in the execution of attachment proceedings on the debtor’s assets, the collection of valuable documents such as checks and promissory notes issued in favor of clients, and the conversion into cash of movable and immovable pledges given as collateral for receivables.
