Att. Selin Yetiş Sezgin graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2005 and completed her LL.M. in Economic Law at İstanbul Bilgi University in 2007.
Att. Selin Yetiş Sezgin provides comprehensive legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the areas of commercial law and contract law at both the national and international platforms as the managing partner at Demir Law Firm.
Among her areas of expertise are mergers, demergers and acquisitions, share transfers, company restructurings, changes of company type, preparation of shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, management of general assembly procedures, drafting of internal directives on signature authorities, in-kind capital contributions, capital increases and reductions, company incorporations, and liquidation processes.
Att. Selin Yetiş Sezgin also has significant experience in tax law. She provides legal support to her clients in resolving tax disputes, offering consultancy during tax audits, and representing them in tax litigation processes.
In addition, she is active in the field of foundation and association law, with expertise in the incorporation of such legal entities, conducting board of trustees and general assembly meetings, and planning restructuring and administrative operation processes.
